"Peace Begins with Me" Family Yoga FUNdraiser for Africa Yoga Project, hosted by Fusion Hot Yoga

Families are invited to join Nicole Koleshis, Master Kids Yoga Teacher and Africa Yoga Project Ambassador, and Whitney Davis, Fusion Hot Yoga’s Kids Yoga Teacher, for a special Next Generation Yoga class full of love, laughter, and peace. Together we'll explore family and kid-friendly yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative movement. We'll use fun props and music, and there will be time for a sweet family savasana at the end. This class is most appropriate for 2-10 year olds with at least one adult companion.

All proceeds go towards Africa Yoga Project’s children’s program. Specifically, monies raised from Team Next Generation Yoga for AYP will bring joyful, playful, self-expressive yoga to children in schools, orphanages, informal settlements and various communities in Kenya. Team NGY is committed to being of service to AYP through teacher training, lesson plans, fundraising for materials, and supporting the salary for a Kids Yoga Coordinator.
