Fit in 45 Challenge

Are you inspired by the amazing students that completed the 30, 60 or 90 Day Challenge?  Are you looking for a fun challenge this summer and a great way to stay fit? Our FIT IN 45 Summer Challenge is happening again this year.  Last year over 140 students participated and this year we are expecting even more!!! Sign up at the studio and  not only will you be giving yourself the gift of health and wellness for your mind, body and spirit, you will be entered to win a multitude of fun prizes including 1 YEAR of UNLIMITED YOGA!

The Fit in 45 Challenge will culminate with a FREE outdoor yoga class at Cedar Grove Park (weather permitting) at noon on August 31st followed by a studio potluck.  Drawings will be held at the potluck.
