Our kids’ yoga classes are filled with creative movement, yoga poses and games, music, visualizations, breathing, meditation, rest and relaxation. They focus on teaching self-care, empowerment and self-confidence, as well as how to unify the body and mind. The studio is not heated for kids yoga.
Drop-Ins welcome. Room not heated. Mats provided.
Classes are taught by Sathya Myers and Monica Vantuyl.
Lessons are inspired by Next Generation Yoga.
