Hatha Yoga
A healing yet intensely challenging 90-minute class done in a heated room. This series derived from Patanjali’s original 84 postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. This class is also a tremendous calorie-burner that detoxifies the body, leaving you invigorated yet calm.
Perfect for beginners, the Hatha series remains challenging for the advanced student and there is always room for growth. This style of yoga uses no props, blocks or straps. You will build and transform your body organically just by showing up and doing the best that you can.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
A vigorous class consisting of a series of postures that flow together. Each teacher brings their own personality, style, flow and music to the class for a different experience every time you practice. This cardiovascular workout focuses on strength, balance and breath while toning the entire body.
Yin Yoga
A gentle style of yoga that consists of seated postures held for longer periods of time. This style is a healthy compliment to the other styles of yoga offered at Fusion (yang styles); developed to deeply and intensely stretch the fascia and connective tissue of the shoulders, hips, pelvis, and lower spine. In this style the heat is turned down in the room to allow the bodies internal heat to lengthen and contract the muscles.
